Hi, I'm the founder of Shift Change Apparel.

After nearly three decades as a nurse, I've worked in a variety of healthcare settings and specialties, with a special love for critical care. Throughout the years, one thing has remained the same no matter where I've worked: the caffeine-fuelled shifts, the dark humour, the teamwork, and the conversations that only healthcare workers truly understand.

I get it.

I understand the exhaustion after a long stretch of shifts. The friendships built at 3 a.m. around the nursing station. The laughter that gets us through difficult days. The pride, frustration, resilience, and dedication that come with caring for others.

Shift Change Apparel was created to celebrate the people behind the scrubs and to create fun, comfortable shirts that say what we're all thinking. We believe a great t-shirt should do two things: put comfort first and speak our truth. That's why every design is printed on premium apparel made to be worn both on and off shift. Shirts that make a coworker laugh, spark a conversation, or simply remind someone that they're not alone in the experience.
